Ratings and Reviews
I honestly preferred the previous program, before the merging of the two points programs. Much fewer offers in both Shoppers and the Superstore. I’ve been shopping in other stores because the incentive just isn’t really there to buy my groceries there anymore. Disappointing
Bloated and limited return at most locations
This app has gone from basic with a number of point opportunities, to bloated with so corporate office people trying to hype it up with a bunch of bloated fodder. No, most people don’t want the bloat. No, you do not receive points on ALL your purchases, only ones listed in the app as having points, so fake posts here it seems. Must be why the ratings on the app are not very high. Hey, if you would actually get points on all your purchases like other grocery stores and other points programs, it would get a higher rating. There are many listed points earnings that don’t actually give you the points, it’s actually worse than you expect. I very regularly have to request missing points as items clearly listed do not automatically give the points. One time I was denied 3 times until I phoned in and she said, I don’t know why they didn’t just give it to you, it’s clear, 3 PC Organic *** on your receipt. It’s a lot of effort to even get the points you are supposed to get. One store my points on the sign didn’t work and they said you have to ‘load’ them. There is no load button. Nothing to ‘load’. I opened the app in the store to scan. What a junky pain in the but.

Don’t Bother Downloading
An absolutely useless app (and the site is just as bad), don’t waste the space on your phone. No matter what I try, neither the app nor site will let me make an online purchase and redeem my points, always saying “We’re unable to place your order. It’s a technical problem on our end. Try again.” I’ve tired again. Ten times. Uninstalled and reinstalled, tried on different browsers and while Incognito. Cleared cache. Everything.
Contacted customer service for help, they replied with stock suggestions, I tried to reply to the email like they said I could, then got an email saying I needed to use the contact form again because *they can’t reply to the emails*.
It truly seems like a ploy by the company to keep their customers from redeeming high value amounts of points. So disappointed.
