Doesn’t serve any practical use

Usually, the reason for a mobile app is to create a mobile-friendly user interface, but unfortunately it’s the same interface as the website. Not totally useless, but pretty close .

Worst UX/UI

Yeah, it’s extremely bad. Doesn’t work with phones properly. The main reason I don’t like the service is that the lack of clarity on anything.
You can’t see how much your balance is from contributions vs dividends vs gains… it doesn’t even tell you how your dividends are being redistributed. I think this would be valuable information to understand how your investments are working!
Very disappointing for a service that is responsible for so many people’s retirement.

It’s fine

It’s ok, but it needs a tune up as far as the UI goes. A lot of the functions seem to work better on a computer than on a phone, it isn’t optimized for the touch screen.

That being said, it works and i’m keeping track of my funds, so I’ll give it 3 stars.
