Morning Post

Reading the paper on my iPad means not going outside in the cold or rain looking for my paper. It’s always available for my cup of coffee and cookies! Plus, I don’t miss out on the local news when I’m on a road trip to one of the National Parks. I strongly recommend you giving the digital STL Post a try!

No helpful tech support-stopped working

Up until a week ago it worked fine on my iPad and iPhone. I pay the monthly subscription and should have full access. It will no longer let me on. It either says my user name and password are not valid or that I am signed in on too many devices when I am on none. Tech support is worthless. Once I was told I needed to reregister my account on a PC and then I would be able to access the app on my iPad and iPhone. Made no sense, but I tried it. It didn’t work. Called back and got a different tech. He told me they had problems with the app and that it wasn’t working on any Apple devices. They were working on it and should have it fixed in a few days. A week later it still isn’t working. Called again and was told I needed to delete all Safari cookies, history, and data. Then I was to wait 15 minutes and the app would work. Made no sense. I told him that. Safari does not have anything to do with the app. He insisted it would work. I tried it and of course it didn’t work. I don’t know what else to do other than cancel my digital subscription. I have already stopped the home delivery of the paper because the delivery service was so unreliable. And “they” wonder why newspapers are losing readers!

I like to get your paper on line it is very easy to download and read
But I very rarely do because it is so biased!!!
The Post needs to get some alternate views instead of the Just the Liberal view
I guess when you supplement the paper with articles from the New York and Washington post that’s what you get
St LOUIS needs a news paper, one that is not so one sided
