Very poor customer service

I was bombarded with the Black Friday promotion; they always offer semi-annual or monthly promotions and do not talk about annual. When I asked for the annual, they said we had added 10%, and when I requested the subscription, they never replied. I just received another promotion email, and I asked for a yearly subscription without any promotions, but still no reply. I don't know if they have enough manpower or are just too lazy to assist (I apologize for such language). I need the subscription but since I am disappointed with the service am not going to subscribe to it.

Missing components

It’s not bad. The convenience of it is nice, decent resource at your finger tips. But the main purpose of me getting this app was to sift through info I do and don’t know. The app is not set up to do that in an ideal manner. You essentially have to grind through every question in a subject, be sure to not close out of the app, hope the app doesn’t crash, or glitch and lose your spot which results in you having to go through every question in that subject again. This app does not function like the NBDE app where it saves your progress in each subject and won’t ask you questions you’ve seen already. If you close out of the subject or the app, you will see all the questions again.
IMO huge miss here and makes the app challenging to use. But, it’ll work for now.

I recently used the Pediatric Dental Boards app to prepare for boards, and I have to say, it was an outstanding tool for studying. The app is incredibly user-friendly and provided me with a wealth of valuable information that helped me to feel well-prepared for the exam.
One of the things I appreciated most about the app was its organization. The content was broken down into clear, concise categories, which made it easy to focus on specific areas of study. The app also had a comprehensive review of all of the key concepts and topics that are typically covered on the pediatric dental board exams. The information was presented in an engaging and interactive way, which made it easier to remember and understand.

Overall, I found the Pediatric Dental Boards app to be an incredibly useful and effective tool for studying.

I would highly recommend it to anvone who is preparing for their dental board exams
