This PDF converter app comes with numbers of the important conversions tools. This app also offers multiple PDF operational tools. So I could say this is ultimate solution of my hunting.
Diamond in rough?
It works well for basic stuff but not very matured, quite a bit to be desired, for example, (1) it does not allow you to specify the page range to extract (split pdf) just one page (2) pdf-to-word conversion adds a lot of, typically unnecessary content, to the margins, the url, the file name, the date, the page numbers. And it is very tedious to remove them as they are individual text boxes ...
