SECURITY:
Your scanned documents are stored locally on your mobile device. Nothing is saved to the cloud until you back them up in Google Drive, Dropbox or send them via email for example. We do not retain backup copies and are thus unable to access them.

Version 1.1.0 of the app has included user interface enhancements and bug fixes. Please update your app to get the latest version. Under settings, we've also added a video tutorial titled "How to use this app." You can also head to our website https://www.lamigsoftware.com for FAQs.
Regarding your refund request, Apple handles all billing-related matters; to contact them, please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions. If for some reason that link does not work, you may perform a quick Google search using the words "how to request app store refund" and go from there.
