Quik and easy

This app is really good, its pretty much 4 taps and you have a new photo.

Subscription to use the one and only feature

If the creator is broke, there are plenty better ways to scam than subscriptions. Or you could make your app paid: one time payment for its one function would be borderline acceptable. Or be free with ads would be fine. I have a particular hate for people overvaluing their basic services. (I'm broke and mad)
