The app is a document based native iOS app similar to “Files” app. It brings most of the functionalities and features of “Files” app.
It is integrated with all document/cloud based apps like

—-Drop Box etc.
The conversion of Microsoft office documents into PDFs are made through Microsoft’s API.
The conversion of PDFs into Microsoft documents are made through our secure server.
The conversion of PDFs to and from Images are done locally on your iOS device.

Information about the auto-renewal of subscription:
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase;
– Subscriptions are billed weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually at the rate based on the subscription plan
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period;
- The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan;

Sorry to hear that it did not work for you.
Currently, the app does not support OCR. I assume, you should have scanned images in PDF.
You could use our other app Extractables to convert images to excel with OCR support.
We are going to bring OCR support in this app in upcoming versions.
