All the staff are extremely nice. Very polite and well mannered. Each time I go they are so prompt & respectful. The food is so hot and fresh! I cannot get my food like this anywhere else sadly. This is my go-to spot when I’m in Marlton. The icing on the cake is how they offer you a box and bag to take your food home in when you’re finished eating in. They also say goodbye to you and use your name when saying goodbye. I can’t find service like this anywhere else. Things went downhill after Covid but this is one of the rare places that still has excellent work ethic and respect. I notice the team ask work together so well and quickly. I was about to sit in an extremely clean place that was quiet and relaxed. I’ll continue to give this PDQ my business!

There are loads of great chicken-based fast food restaurants, and they are all good with what they do, so I like to highlight what makes the different. PDQ has two things that stand out to me. Their homemade sauces are incredible. They have unique flavors that other restaurants don’t have, which sets them apart. The other big win is their waffle fries. They are cooked longer than other restaurants so they are always crispy fries. In addition they have zucchini and sweet potato fries, which is a nice difference from other restaurants. The app helps me with quick ordering and a rewards program that keeps me coming back.

Today I order curbside and I see that my order was completed but no one brought the food out. I called and they said it would be out shortly. When the nice employee arrived with the food, she explained that I should have received an email to report that I arrived and that the checkin button on the app was for when your in line to pickup the order. What the heck? Why is this SOOO confusing and why didn’t the app tell me to check my email to report my arrival? Also, it would be great to explain the difference between curbside and pickup because it’s not obvious. The app shouldn’t be this hard to use. Please make everything available in the app and please fix it ASAP. I hate to say this but you might want to get some ideas from the chick-fil-a app. That app was a breeze to use and self explanatory but I like your chicken better.

Only once the app didn’t work well and I couldn’t get the promo. I went into the store and they helped me out as well as assured me that the app will be fixed. It was all set in record time and I got the delicious food which is always consistent and my family loves it. Also love the rewards, many times I got 3 free tenders for my son just with what we order as a family weekly. And the staff is so nice and friendly. Pretty much every single one which is rare! Keep it up PDQ we are life long customers.
