Too much bother
I want to click on an app and it starts. I have to wait for this to d/l every time. There are many better apps out there and I certainly wouldn’t pay for it.
Solved my sleep problems
This is an awesome app. I've had problems going to sleep for most of my life. My mind just keeps spinning on a multitude of projects so that I can stay awake all night.
Initially I listened to most of the Peaceful Sleep session. "Most" because I never made it through the whole thing. Now I'm listening to the "Drift Away and De-stress" session, and I actually hear the sound for about two minutes before I'm asleep.
Occasionally I wake during the night and just play the app again. I'm asleep very quickly.
This app has changed my life! Thank you so much. I feel like you produced this just for me!

Finally some sleep!!!
This is so great!!!! I was barely able to fall asleep and unable to stay asleep for the longest time. I had given medications a try and nothing worked. I never gave hypnotherapy a second thought until my doctor recommended it. I was skeptical at first but the first night I used it, I fell asleep in 10 minutes!!!! I have been using it every night for the past month and a half and have yet to stay away through the whole thing! It is 30 minutes long and the longest I have been awake is 20 minutes or so. This is probably the best app I have ever downloaded as it has changed my sleeping habits for the best. From maybe 2 hours of sleep a night to getting 8-12 hours is spectacular. I highly recommend this app if you have trouble sleeping like I did. Beat decision in a long time. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
