Ratings and Reviews
This app could be so much better. The navigation is poor and confusing; there is nothing about this app that makes it easy or even valuable. People, especially young people, use apps as a convenience. Don’t call it “My Peacehealth” when there is nothing personal about it. Even with all the security and two-factor authorisation available, an organisation of this magnitude can provide the people they serve, the community, with an easier, more accessible product. Even the Vatican has better tech. Do better for the communities you serve.
Better implementation of My Peacehealth would be nice
I got this hoping that it would be an easy place to track lab test results. While it does have that functionality, it appears to be just a tiny web page within the app. It isn’t sized or formatted for the phone. It’s easier to just go to the web page directly. If that improves in the future this would be more useful to me.
Agree with previous poster: terrible app!
Login gives me what appears to be a webpage that is too large for my iPhone 8. Tiny text that I can just barely read if I get real close, where I should be entering login and password. Feedback page has a white on very light gray Send button which I couldn’t find for five minutes.
Very amateurish app, and I’m not going to use it because it seems very unlikely it’s the real thing. It’s probably a phishing app.
No sign of touch ID login either.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
