The workouts are consistently challenging; the trainers are knowledgeable and kind (they tell you when to lift heavier, and out your BIGGEST cheerleaders); and the community is unmatched - everyone there feels like family. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, and I can’t wait to see what the next year has in store!
