The Peach Pass GO! Mobile App has been totally redesigned for an optimal user experience for Peach Pass customers. This new app makes accessing your Peach Pass account easier while you’re on the go! Peach Pass customers can quickly manage their account without having to go online or call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center. Through this new app, you can change your toll mode (where applicable), view transactions, view statements, and modify account info. If you do not have a Peach Pass account yet, you are now able to create one through the app without having to go online.
In addition to our standard features listed above, there are several NEW features.

Where did the info go
While I’m grateful for any improvement over that last godforsaken app, there is one vital area that took a huge step back. You can no longer easily identify what vehicle/pass is getting charged. It’s some mysterious numbers shown on the transaction, which don’t match any of the vehicle/peachpass IDs. What? Also, you can’t tell where it was used. How is anyone supposed to know what your technical jumble of letters and numbers is?
Surprisingly received low funds and replenishment emails. I hardly use my peach pass. Tried to login and found they have a new website and app. Didn’t recognize my account or password. Requested new password. Tried to update with newly created password. Kept getting message “can’t use old passwords” even though using all new passwords. Used temporary password for now. Found multiple transactions posted to my account over past 4 days totaling over $20 with peach pass IDs that don’t match mine! Even local transactions when I was out of state! Not only is this system broken, it is siphoning cash out of my account for other users!! Unacceptable! Fix this now! Zero stars!
Terrible and Poorly developed app
How hard is it to do something so simple as to label fields properly so that the OS recognizes an email address field as an email address field so the auto fill functions in the OS will work. Changing toll mode is more difficult, and harder to understand than the old app. If you want to see toll rates, it’s still stupid photos of the signs. Seriously? How had is it for the system to output the current rate to a site that the app can pull data from? It’s the most ridiculous and least useful way I could imagine for showing the toll rates.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
