The Peach Pass GO! Mobile App has been totally redesigned for an optimal user experience for Peach Pass customers. This new app makes accessing your Peach Pass account easier while you’re on the go! Peach Pass customers can quickly manage their account without having to go online or call the Peach Pass Customer Service Center. Through this new app, you can change your toll mode (where applicable), view transactions, view statements, and modify registered vehicles and billing info. If you do not have a Peach Pass account yet, you are now able to create one through the app without having to go online.
In addition to our standard features listed above, there are several NEW features.
Here’s what’s new:
• Redesigned user-friendly interface and feature-rich screens
• Register for a new Peach Pass Account in the app
• New Account Maintenance abilities
o View transactions by toll access point
o Receive alerts for toll violations
o Update/change billing information
o Add and edit new vehicles
• Receive notifications for account activity such as low balances and credit card expirations
• Integrated social media access to Facebook & Twitter
1. Each time the application is opened, a splash screen will display a warning of “No Application Use While Driving”. The App cannot be accessed unless the user swipes to continue, confirming that the app is not being used while driving.
2. When you change your toll mode, you must wait 15 minutes before using the I-85 Express Lanes to allow for system processing.
Peach Pass encourages you to drive safely and strongly discourages use of Peach Pass GO! while actively driving.

This app crashes on me while I was scrolling through past transactions. Also, they’ve added this “toll mode” which I have no idea what this is all about and there are no help references as to what that even means. Also, this is showing that I have a car registered to my account, and I have no idea what or whose car it is. It’s certainly not mine, but fortunately I see no charges from that other license plate tied to my account. It says “2010 Legacy”, the lic plate number. I see no way to remove this from my account via the app, so I guess it means I need to phone in and wait on hold for an hour to find out what this extra car on my account is all about. Also, I’ll just have to throw this in. Oh, and get this: the app has pop up advertisements in it. I wonder who is getting the credit for those advertising clicks. Wouldn’t that be a hoot if it was the app developer themselves, instead of the state of GA. It’s absurd that there are advertisements popping up when I’m using this app to review my toll usage.
The transaction history does not indicate what year the transaction was from, so as I scroll back to the past, I just have to guess which year it was from.
Since the State of Georgia is making millions of dollars on toll purchases each day, why is it that this service can’t be state of the art??? This app, along with the website are ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I tried to create an account on the website, but kept receiving notifications in the midst of the login process of the following message: “Your Session has expired. Please login again to continue.”
Now mind you: This session expiration is happening quicker than the average person can create an account (within 3 minutes!!!!). I tried to create an account twice, but I wasn’t quick enough, nor will I ever be because when I, or anyone else is inputting login information that is confidential and sensitive, I will take my time and not rush it....
The State of Georgia should be ashamed of themselves. This is just one of the many reasons why people aren’t coming to our State..... Until the incompetence is replaced with competence, and the funding necessary to fix this problem, this whole thing will remain GARBAGE. Hopefully this will be fixed much sooner rather than years from now....
This is the worst toll set up I’ve ever run across. Basically unusable because it never lets you log on either app or website. Set up my new account and was able to log in only one time on the initial set up. After that it said I had the wrong password. After a couple of tries I figured I would just reset my password. Nope that won’t work either because the security questions it was asking me were not even the security questions I had set up. Basically I’m locked out until someone with competence at peach pass can figure how to get me back in. I should have never done this. I’d rather sit in traffic than deal with this garbage. Sunday eve and main website isn’t even working. If I could give it zero stars or negative I would.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
