Pear 4+

Great app, but once you toggle a picture and it’s uploaded, it cannot be removed, which sounds stupid, but the pic layout is clean and it’s unlimited storage so I guess it’s cool

Pear is cool because it's based on the idea of sitting next to a friend and showing them your photos by scrolling through the photos on your phone. With pretty much the same familiar interface of the built-in Photos app, you can very quickly share your photos for people to browse through as if you'd handed them your phone. The simplicity of Pear and the fact that it doesn't have you write descriptions or comments and doesn't show anyone but you who's liked your photos, leads to it being used in interesting ways different from how you might use Facebook or Instagram. Definitely give it a try!

The ability to easily share videos is something I've wanted on my phone for a long time. Having to email the file is absurd and most third party services use the antiquated 18 step upload and share method that should have died 5 years ago.

I really dig the new layout of photos and the ability to find my friends on facebook is much appreciated as well. The app has gone from a cool idea to a great implementation in a single update. In other words it is now ready for Grandparents.
