I haven’t had problems, as it seems intuitively designed. Except for one part. If you want to use the bill payment system to generate a check and put something in the memo it’s a little tricky on how you do it. Once you understand it’s easy though.Update: months later when I tried his bill payment system begin it was still confusing and if I had to call him on the phone to get it explained. So obviously, it’s not as intuitive as it should be.

This app has improved a lot over the years. It makes it easy to manage my account. I’m also really liking the easy log in with face capture... Hope this goes further.Update - Still loving this Bank and the online banking just keeps getting better and better.

I enjoy the simplicity of the PECU app. It’s easy to sign in and transfer funds when needed. I know it’s very secure because I’ve been contacted by my bank a few times when something appeared fraudulent. I’ve been with PECU since 1986. It’s been my one and only bank and I intend to keep it that way.

The app is very convenient to use from anywhere. I like the flexibility it offers. My only suggestion would be to allow for an auto message to pop up when access is down or you’re trying to do something not allowed through the app. Otherwise, it’s not helpful not knowing why a transaction cannot be done at that moment.
