2005 called and wants its mobile app back
I am not sure what Pekin is thinking putting an app like this out as what most would consider the face of the company. The app is very rudimentary when it works and is now crashing on my after it tries to refresh my policy. No ability to reset password, simply locks after 3 attempts and then you have to call support. Of course they are only available 8-5, M-F minus holidays.
Overall poor effort.
Good Insurance Company, Bad App
As of this writing, this app hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. Pekin really needs to get it together, because I would much rather be able to access my cards from anywhere when I need to and not have to rely on a piece of paper. Also, I think their IT needs to take a look at customer security policies, the company isn’t exactly exuding confidence.
Either fix it or remove it
This app has the potential of being a very useful tool. But it is worthless as is. It fails to update information. As a consequence auto policy cards do not reflect current status. They show that coverage has expired even though the policy is currently up to date. Please fix it or trash it!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
