With Peloton, working out doesn’t have to happen in a silo. Whether you’re into cycling, running, rowing, or yoga, each on-demand workout class is a community affair with a leaderboard full of others cheering you on as well as themed challenges open to all. Plus, it’s easy to stay motivated thanks to the app’s encouraging coaches, and detailed stats help you stay consistent in maintaining your streak.
Even without the peloton equipment users can and will benefit from the app based membership. I’m doing things I never thought I could or would do, the exposure to multiple different levels of exercises and classes has given me a new feel for life and moving my body. Workouts ranging from as quick as 5 minutes to an hour, live classes, personalized workout plans, and more. Thank you people ton for creating such a functional app and way of life!
My name is Kayleigh I’m 12 years old and I’m enjoying peloton because there’s easy classes in hard classes and if you’re just not feeling like running or doing anything hard there are stretches and yoga and I think that’s very awesome to have a lot of different things to do. I also enjoy peloton because it usually has very nice people that will lighten your day while you’re taking a bike or ride or anything else. I hope that you enjoy Palestine as much as I do and have fun!
I really appreciate this app. I have hit so many walls trying to workout on my own. It’s great that there are SO MANY CLOSES all at distant lengths. I find myself saying “I can do a 5 minute stretch, especially if someone is guiding me through it.” I just finished a 30 minute treadmill run after not wanting anything to do with the treadmill in months. I did opt for the app plus version. $28 a month is less than a gym membership and more accessible.
I am not a Peloton equipment user and a friend told me about this app. The inclusion aspect is superior to any other I have used which is a requirement for me to pay for any subscription. While I wish they had some instructors in my age group, they hit the target on all other aspects.The workouts are say to follow and as rigorous as I want them to be starting something new. I'm also planning for the harder ones and trying on new activities (rowing).Great app.
This app really helped me get into healthy habits and finding a routine that fits me perfectly. It helped me set healthy goals and find my perfect level on where I should be at. Peleton has plenty of workouts with fun music that gives a level and what is recommended for you. Even if you don't have one of the machines you can still use the work outs that don't use equipment.
I have been riding the peloton since my eldest son bought me one for Christmas in 2022. My health has drastically improved, and I’ve lost 125 pounds as a byproduct of the bike. It’s also inspired me to do strength training and to just be overall more into “fitness”. I love the positivity of the teachers, my favorite is Christine D’ercole. It has also helped me to rehab my surgically repaired knees. I can’t recommend it enough
