The new upgrade said it fixed the keyboard issue which is wrong its still not fixed. The lag time between devices is annoying. Unable to edit your on duty off duty times is a hard to do and i still cant figure out how todo pretrip posttrip inspections. The onboard training video does not match my version device so its unhelpful. I have to reset device often to work. I waste too much time dealing with all this crap! All our company drivers are going to protest to switch to omnitracs or Qualcomm! It would also be great if we can send pictures and or attachments through the messages

The developers of this entire system just threw this thing together with seemingly very little thought. On the unit in the truck and the app, newest messages go to the bottom, and you have to scroll down from the top for every message. Open one, then when you close it you’re back at the top again. Grrrr. Then, to delete messages, you have a tiny box to check on the right side, you get 5 or 6 selected then accidentally tap outside of that tiny box and that message opens, unchecking all the boxes you’ve previously checked. I spend 3 times as much time tinkering with this system as I did with the Qualcomm.

A lot of useful bits and pieces, but the lag time between duty changes in cab and updating on device is ridiculous. Needs to be in real time, or at least much more consistent time. I have seen delays of over an hour that the app has not updated to match the in cab unit as far as duty status. Also needs to be changed so that if in cab unit has a connectivity issue or communications issue with server etc. one can still change from drive line to on/off when in cab does not change it automatically.
