It’s too bad you have to select a number of stars for review, I’d give this zero stars if I could. The app never loads, just a spinning wheel of doom. And when the once in a lifetime chance happens when it does load, you can’t add a bank account to make payments, only the card associated with the account. Why does this matter? Because if you use a card you’re charged an additional fee. Maybe they do that on purpose. Maybe they’re just that incompetent. I’d just as soon believe either. Every single person in their technology department ought to be fired. It shouldn’t be this difficult for me to spend money on something I don’t want to be spending money on. It’s like they don’t even want my money. I’m so frustrated and sick of People’s.
Worst utility app I’ve ever encountered
This is the first and possibly only review I’ll ever write.
If anyone at Peoples reads this, PLEASE spend the extra few thousand dollars and hire an app developer to fix the app. This will likely result in hundreds of thousands more dollars in your pockets resulting from more payments being processed. Every time I want to make a payment, I have to delete and re-download the app. It’s insane. We know you have the time and resources to make these changes. These experiences have a mass effect and if real competition ever appeared, you would most certainly see a drain. It’s worthwhile to address these issues upfront.
App works, website is trash
Was having MAJOR issues getting their website to work. Tried Edge, IE, and Chrome browsers to no avail on multiple laptops/computers/phones. As a last resort, I downloaded the app despite the bad reviews. Had my payment method added and bill paid in under two minutes! Looks like People’s fixed the app but WOW does their website have a long way to go. How can you not pay a bill online????
