PepRop helps scientists and curious minds get instant peptide properties by tapping your sequence on a 2D amino acid table and view the results.
PepRop is an app that allows you to analyze the key biochemical properties of peptide sequences. Users can enter a peptide sequence from the 2D amino acid property table for calculations on molecular weight, hydrophobicity, isoelectric point, net charge, and more. The app also provides detailed parameter definitions and calculations. Users can send peptide queries to NCBI BLASTP for further analysis using the dedicated button.
