The Per Diem Mobile App is being discontinued, and support for the app has ceased.

Travelers can continue to find CONUS per diem rates available on GSA.gov/perdiem.

This app allows travelers to look up Federal government per diem rates by city/state and ZIP code in locations throughout the United States and its territories. Per diem is the daily allowance for lodging (excluding taxes), meals and incidental expenses. These rates are established by the General Services Administration for destinations in the lower 48 contiguous United States, and by the U.S. Department of Defense for locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories. The U.S. Department of State sets rates for foreign travel locations.

Crashes when editing location

Like others, I previously used the app regularly. Since iOS 13 and the app update, tap Edit to change the location to search causes the app to crash. It is useless now. Have to get on the computer and go to the GSA website.

Update: Deleted Per Diem app. Then reinstalled it and did not allow location access. SURPRISE!! The app did not crash! It sorta works now if your search City is listed. It does not always drop to Standard Rate if it does not know the city.

Love the new UI!

Many people are complaining the app is crashing, but it works great for me (I chose to allow the app to use my location while I was using the app).

And I _love_ the new look! I also like being able to enter a date range and have it provide totals, but the two buttons at the bottom (Save to Email and Save as PDF) don’t work properly: the first dropped my middle period meals down by one (I had entered Oct6-Oct10, so should’ve been two, and that’s what displayed on the screen), and the latter set the middle period meals to zero! (The total was correct, just the content of the chart was wrong.)

Great app. Just fix Email and PDF options

Great app and very useful. However when you use the option to send an email or save a PDF with the PerDiem info, one(1) travel day is being cut off. The app is treating your last night stay as you last day and giving you 3/4 for that day. For example a 4 night stay is actually 5 days of travel and per Diem. When saved or emailed the system is only showing 4 days not 5. The confusing part is that the App it’s self is displaying the correct info. The error occurs only when using the PDF or email option.
