Can only have 1 user without having to pay?

Nice looking app/functionality, but makes no sense at all that your husband or wife can’t be added to the account unless you pay for it. Have to share a profile/login to be able to just pick your kids up…stupid concept when your daycare already tries to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Constantly having to log back in while trying to check your kid in/out is beyond annoying.

My son’s daycare just switched over to this app and I absolutely hate it. I used to get pics for free and now there is a fee which I refuse to pay given how much daycare already costs. All of the previous apps our daycare used gave free pics, feels like I’m being nickel & dimed now. Sometimes I see an entry that just says ‘Post’ with nothing else and when he switches classes it says some ‘Name to Face’ description which doesn’t make sense. In addition, the font is extremely small for all entries, especially the chat, and is difficult to read and puts a strain on the eyes. Awful app and I’ve already requested the daycare switch back to the previous one

All in one

We really enjoy how this one app does all the things we need in order to still feel a part of our children’s day while at daycare. The video quality is very clear. Switching from one video to an other based on our children’s location is very cool. The chat feature is pretty basic, but that’s great because it doesn’t make a UI confusing when it doesn’t have to be.
