Perfect365 Video 4+

I think there maybe 🤔 bugs that needs fixing. Some kind of strange figures keeps popping up they normally don’t there. This rise the possibility of cybersecurity issues. I checked wit Apple 🍏 again!

Thank you for your feedback! We'd like to learn more about this bug that you are reporting in regards to the strange figures that popup which you didn't normally see before. We are not aware of any compromised security within our app and we do have occasional splash and video popups to promote certain features and tools within our app. Maybe it's different from what you are seeing. I think it’s a big deal that I have private videos in this app that I have paid for and I cannot delete them from my library. I feel extremely uncomfortable, knowing that this video is there and that this company can access my data and I don’t have the ability to remove things out of my library. If it was a free app, I could understand but I’ve already paid for it, and I do not have access the way I should ensure my privacy. That’s worth zero stars but unfortunately I have to put one. Other than that the app is great, but that is a huge flaw and I do not feel comfortable with thisapp anymore

Love Perfect 365 app…was hoping to fine tune a few videos using the same simple and fun features which also seem available on the video editor app. But I seem only to be able to access 30 seconds of any given-sized video clip I import. I cannot find info anywhere about being able to process a longer clip…someone…help! EDITED to add that I’ve been told an update will add additional video time?I’ve found a competitors app that allows 5+ minute clips with no need to watch ads…

We’re so happy that you love the Perfect365 app! We value feedback and will try to improve the limitation that you described. Our latest version of the Perfect365 “Video” app releasing soon will allow for more than 20 seconds video editing. Please make sure to update the app which will give the option to edit more than 20 seconds after watching a short video clip. Enjoy and have fun :)
