Personalization makes the gift special!

I am pleased to write a review for this company, because I have used them for many years for special gifts. I can’t tell you how many birthdays, Christmases, weddings, and other occasions that I have found just the right thing in their selections. There is just nothing like getting a gift with your name and dates that mean a lot in your life – – those memories just come back when you use or see this special gift.

There have been occasions as well where I made a mistake on my order, and they are always quick to respond and make things right. I will continue to order and refer my friends to this company!

Customer service is gone

I know this is suppose to be about the app but I'm rating personal creations itself. I've ordered personalized ornaments for my children and their families for several years now and was always satisfied, it didn't bother me that it always say free shipping but I'm always charged for shipping.
What does bother me is that when I pay for express shipping to have them delivered to me but a certain date, they come later then had they just charged me the standard rate. Also bothers me that when I talk with customer service they double talk about how free shipping is only if you are not a loyal customer purchasing multiple ornaments each year. I would understand if it was different addresses being shipped to but they all come in one package to me. Now with that all being said when I ordered last year I changed my address and recieved them fine, had even deleted my old address from my account, this year when I ordered it showed my correct address but when I track my package it is being sent to my old address from a couple years ago, so if I receive them it wi not be in time to give them to my kids when we all get together. When I call about this I got put on hold for over half hour then hung up on 3 times I called back and finally got thru and 3 times they hung up on me. Last year I buy from this company!!

I lost my son to a car wreck a few years ago. My best friend lost her daughter to a car wreck 4 months after I lost my son. We get this garden flag to go anywhere we want them to. They are beautiful. I have one at the tree that my son hit. I also have one at the flowers(cemetery). Flowers is a softer word for his little girl to say. I also have one at my house. They last forever. Even in the sun, rain and snow. Thank you Personal Creations for giving me this opportunity to remember my son in a beautiful way. 💙
