Great app and great service! A must have!

I’m not one to typically do a review but this app and developer deserves one. At 39, I decided to go back to the gym and destroy this dad bod image. It’d been a long time and I wanted a “road map” so I wasn’t just there wasting time. I found this app and started the stronglifts 5x5 program. While I was getting stronger I wasn’t really seeing much difference in the mirror so I switched programs to blood and chalk bodybuilder and bought the premium version of the app for customization. After about 6 months and noticing some definition, I decided to change programs again. I just started the nSuns 531 LP 6 day deadlifts about two weeks ago. What I’m saying is this program is so versatile that when you want to change it up just do your research and pick another program that fits for you. The extras you get for the premium version are well worth the cost and the best thing it’s not a monthly or even yearly payment. One time drop and it’s totally customizable. I recently sent an email to the developer for a bug fix with the Apple Watch integration and they responded within a few hours on a Sunday. I honestly can’t brag more about this app. I recommend it to all of the people that I lift with. It’s amazing and is exactly what you need to track your journey and get the job done in the gym.

The only app that fits my exercise needs

This is the only workout app with built in 5/3/1 program options that fit my needs. I've been doing the "Boring But Big" program, and I'm bigger and stronger at age 37 than I have been my whole life.

Other apps want to lock your workout schedule into certain days of the week, and just aren't made for someone whose busy life needs schedule flexibility. The app and programming is very customizable. That comes in handy when I don't have access to certain equipment, want to adjust my strength goals, or have the time and energy to throw in extra exercises/workouts.

The developer is constantly making updates and improvements based on user feedback. The developer is EXTREMELY responsive to emails, etc. I used it for free for a couple months before making a one time payment for the premium version, which unlocks a few more features that aren't 100% needed, but add great convenience. Totally worth it for me, but the free version is great, too.

Consistency is key and this app will help you

As a ‘beginner’ weightlifter in my mid 40’s I knew I would need to set some good habits in order to be successful.

I had been walking a lot and using Fitbit to track my progress and I knew that its mobile app really helped keep me focused.

When I decided to get into weightlifting I knew that trying to just do whatever I felt like during each workout wouldn’t cut it. Didn’t want to spend money for a coach and had some learning to do about the various lifts. I realized there must be an app for that. This is the app!

I chose the GZCLP program option because it keeps things simple and is well known as a good beginner program. This app easily takes you thru this program and several others are available to choose from. I did pay for the upgrade in order to tweak the exercises and set up my warmups.

The biggest benefit of the app is that it takes you thru each step without you having to manually track everything. History and statistics graphs are very helpful and motivating. Keeping you focused during rest periods is a great feature too. It’s a big help in staying consistent each week and keeping focused.

Been lifting for 6 months now with this app and down 20 pounds in body weight since starting. Feeling great!

Well done! Highly recommended for beginners looking to progress steadily.
