Don’t update

With no warning the app went to a subscription model after being free. I get it, but with no heads up it’s really kind of jarring to not be able to anything with the app anymore.

I liked the app before the update, and felt like it helped. I’m sure it’s even better now but I don’t feel like doing the trial after no warning about the update.

This app is genius!

I have anxiety and ADHD, and restlessness has become a part of my everyday life. It can be debilitating especially when I have long hours of commute on the subway, the train, etc. I am so glad I found this app! It really helps me focus and calm my mind & body. I love the interface, and watching the grey paintings come to life in color is so satisfying. I also particularly like the quotes that appear now and then. Thank you, Personal Zen ✨

This app helps reduce my anxiety!

It’s great to see have an app that helps me relax in the form of a game - because I can do it anywhere/anytime! The artwork is beautiful, the music is serene, and it has been an overall great, relaxing experience! Highly recommend if you are looking for a great way to destress and reduce anxiety!
