PetCam App allows you to set alerts to inform you whenever your Pet is noisy or needs your attention. You can see anytime what is going on at home.

How to get started with PetCam App:

1. Choose your home station and activate it (e.g. your Mac or iPad)
2. Activate your receiver on your mobile device that will stay with you
3. To watch your pet while you are not at home, tap “open video”

•Please note:
PetCam App Standard Full versions / Live WebView - All prices include applicable local sales taxes. Your payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
Once a subscription has started, the amount for the current period can’t be charged back.

You pay money and it stops working?

Kind of frustrating. Tried the free week and liked it. Since it’s only a few seconds unless you upgrade I decided to upgrade. Just payed for a few months and went to login and now it won’t let me connect or see anything. Literally worked a few minutes ago. Guess I won’t know how she’s doing today. Hopefully will tomorrow.

In this case why you did not contact the support? Easy to resolve. A review here won’t resolve your problem.

Horrendous customer service

For some reason the app was not working even when I had the two devices next to each other and on the same WiFi. When I contacted support they told me there is nothing wrong with the app. Clearly something was wrong! The person I spoke to was rude and made it to be my fault... I was able to get it working about an hour later but clearly the app isn’t stable. It was working fine until I purchased the 6 month subscription... literally and hour later the app stopped working..unable to connect. When it did connect it wouldn’t stay connected for more than 5 secs like the free version. Just overall frustrating

Disconnecting...

I’m having the same issues as everyone else. Quickly set this up to watch my new puppy while I was at work. It worked as I was on my way to work. Quick check at lunch time and it couldn’t connect. I assumed my laptop screensaver messed it up so I fixed that issue this morning. Not even 10 minutes away from my home and it’s already disconnected. 🙄 Extremely unreliable. There are other apps I’ve used (couldn’t find in a rush) where it used one device and worked for an entire weekend without disconnecting. Will be deleting and finding a different solution.

We are sorry to read that. For this we offer the app with a free version to test without any purchases in advance. As you are located in USA you have the best streaming platform which is available at the moment. It is a pity that you did not contact the support team. Maybe you have only to change some firewall settings at your Mac.
