Ratings and Reviews
Works okay sometimes
Voice feature only works when it wants to work.
Sometimes when I want to talk to my pets it works amazing then when I try 2-4 hours later voice feature doesn’t work at all.
When my family members do the same it does the same exact thing to them as well

Want to love it but lots of crashing
I love that I can hear her playing and see what she’s doing, but this app crashes CONSTANTLY. I tried taking a picture and I’ve yet to get one because it would crash every time. When I switch between mic and sound it crashes... sometimes it crashes just when I’m watching the camera. Also the treats don’t throw well. I have the insert in for small treats and it’ll still throw multiple. I’ve also been messing with the distance but there is no difference between the middle and low throws.
I also wish I can have the sound on with the mic on. The sound shuts off when I turn on the mic.. most times it’s fine since I know there’s a slight lag so I have enough time to switch it but sometimes I forget. Though I understand that they may have it to prevent echos. So I hope that option becomes available with maybe headphones on?
Otherwise I love the concept and it gives me peace in mind knowing I can check up on her real quick.

Hi there, this is Marina with Petcube Support Team. Speaking about having simultaneous two-way audio, you can absolutely enable that in the app settings. Just open your camera profile > go to Settings > then go to General and turn off the "reduce echo" option.
Regarding the app crashing, I'd be more than happy to help you sort this out. Could you contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Petcube username or email address?
Thanks and look forward to hearing from you!
Works well... mostly
I like it. Is great at letting me know what’s going on. Can connect, speak, fling treats. But it’s telling me about stuff waaaaay too much. I want 1 notification when it happens. This tells me, “Your dog barked”
“Your dog barked 1 minute ago”
“Your dog barked 2 minutes ago”
“Your dog barked 3 minutes ago” and so on. I open the app, but the notifications keep coming. I’ve gotten notifications over 20 minutes later.
Additionally, Care Awake. I don’t live on a schedule. It’d be great if this slept when I was home, was awake when I left. Bluetooth? Not sure, but I don’t want it recording and notifying me when I’m home. But when I turn it off, then I often forget to turn it back on when I leave for work.

Hi there, thanks for your review. Normally, if the notification is related to a single event, you will only receive a single notification where the text will be updated about how long this event lasted. So technically it's a single notification with the updated text. Thanks for the app improvement suggestion about the care automatic activation when away from home, we have forwarded it to our product team. Cheers!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
