Used to love it NOW IT HATES ME!
I can log in online but I can’t in the ap. Upgraded my phone once all the data was uploaded I had to log into every ap and every account. Not my favorite thing to do BUT 1800PetMeds won’t let me. I even tried the email reset and never get the email. I need this ap have 5 dogs in my house 3 need meds and 1 is life critical. I need to be able to order when I’m on the fly and with confidence know that this fantastic company will expedite my order. Please do yourselves a favor and get this fixed. The company and concept are great but can be easily replaced by someone else with a better TECH team.

Prescription Ordered
I contacted 1800PetMeds for the first time and ordered a prescription for my elderly dog. They needed the prescription so they faxed the request to my vet twice in two days with no response. I called my vet and they told me their fax machine wasn’t working. I needed the prescription ASAP and the vet price was 50% more than PedMeds. PetMeds called my vet and received the approval and they sent the prescription express and didn’t charge me the upcharged freight fee. I received the medication just in time before a ran out. I very much appreciate PetMeds superb customer service. I would highly recommend. Thank you for being so professional.
Customer Service & Cost is A+
It can be very frustrating to be able to afford heart worm and flea preventative. So glad to have found 1-800-PetMeds. Cost is less than other places and very convenient to order. I had trouble signing into my account. I called and spoke to the helpful and friendly representative. She helped to find the problem and took my reorder. I immediately had my email confirming my order. Within one hour I got an email saying my order was shipped! Better way to shop for pet meds and at a great price! Thank you.
