1.Biggest (human) problem with this app right now is you cannot switch it from a 24 hour clock to a 12 hour AM/PM clock. I do not want to know what 21:00 hours is I do not want to figure it out. I need to know which cat used the box.
2.If you expect to be able to use the box without the lid/bonnet you cannot. (Apparently, they destroyed that ability before they fixed some of the real issues.) If you have a cat that will not use a covered litter box you might as well not even bother purchasing this model.
3.I detest the cute little messages that go with the notification that a cat used the box.
4.The Biggest problem for Cats with this box is that the globe is so tiny. Even small cats barely have room to turn around.

The app does not support push notifications to your device. So, when the waste drawer is full you will NOT RECEIVE any type of notification. No push notification, no email notification, not even a letter in the mail. They only way this app currently provides you with relevant information is within their message center in this Petsnowy app. You can have a dozen messages and not know until you open the app and navigate to messages. Defeats the purpose of an automatic litter system when you have to navigate to the app regularly to find out if you have any important messages. Specifically, I want to receive a push notification when the waste drawer is full so I can change the liner.

Most apps allow you to modify the type of notification you receive; ie, Lock Screen, Notification Center, and/or Banner. This app does not have that feature built in so it is not available within iOS > Settings > Notifications > Notifications Style to make those selections.

Things are hard to find in the app. Needs better flows & strategy for placement. I have to click around A LOT to find what I’m looking for. Don’t think anybody is monitoring app feedback tickets/inputs. I can see them as unaddressed in the app. The weight feature isn’t smart enough to truly assign cats. I have 2 and it thinks there are more, even when I assign by the weight the app gave. Also, weighing them in grams & assigning profiles with kg is hard when it’s so inaccurate & I don’t have the option to change to pounds (I understand the conversion but I mentally/visually struggle with what that weight looks like, especially for such a small animal). Definitely hope they spend that IndieGoGo money to significantly update the app.
