Ok for tracking expenses shared equally, but needs more work
Although the main intent of this app is to track shared expenses, I downloaded it with the idea of tracking payments on a loan I had given a friend (the description said I could monitor debts, so I figured that was possible). Unfortunately, I was not able to do that because when you enter more than one person into an "event," the app assumes the expense is being split equally (I could see no way to alter this). Trying to get around this issue, I started over and entered just one person into the event. But when it came down to entering payments, the app insisted that there be at least two people involved--one person must pay another. The main frustration though was the fact that once an event is created, there's no way to edit it. You must delete and start over. Overall, this app would probably work reasonably well for people who are aiming to track shared expenses (as long as they are shared equally), but it is not flexible enough to track simple IOUs.
