This needs to be fixed or just stop as soon as possible. We have this on our apartment for safety/security. On auto lock, this is literally perfect - what is NOT perfect is the app freaking logging BOTH me and my husband out when we are both gone getting groceries and we have the potential of not being able to get back in our apartment! This is ridiculous and causes both me and my husband to panic when this happens. FIX IT. Stop logging your users out!

This app worked fine for a couple of houts. However, about two hours after I entered pins and fingerscans for the family, the app kept on freezing. I turned of my phone, deleted and downloaded the app and tried it on my wife's phone. The freezing just does not stop. The phillips lock works fine, but the app has been a real headache. The app locks and unlocks the door and connects to Alexa fine, but I cannot get the app to return to a previous screen. I need to exit the app and restart each time I need to return to a prior screen. Also, i added family names to each pin and fingerscan. Unfortunately, the names are now gone. Sadly, the app does not permit me to see the numbers for pins I created so I am left in the dark. I have no idea why an owner is unabke to see pins. I can delete but cannot view a pin. I have a different lock at a different home and i can view all pin numbers in an app that works flawlessly. I purchased the Phillips because the device as well as the app are highly rated. I am disappointed that the app that accompanies such a good device just freezes.

There’s a lot of things that need to be fixed on this app. Here are a few that come to mind:1) The app signs you out after a few days or weeks, and there’s no notification. This causes the lock to be out of sync.2) There’s no warning for low battery. My lock just stops working and again, the app is out of sync or just stops working with no error detailing the reason why.3) The fail/success messages on the app have been wrong lately. For example, I’ll add a pin, then it will say something like “Failed to add pin” but then I restart the app and the pin is added.4) I haven’t been able to use the Add Fingerprint functionality on the app. Error message always occurs.I think these problems have gotten even worse with the newest version that was recently released. It’s pretty important to have a working app for a lock on a door. This is my home security, and it’s not a good feeling when I can’t lock or unlock the door to my home. I like the lock itself, but please fix the app that controls it.

It’s a shame that these door locks are limited to working with 2.4G WiFi ONLY. We have 5G and they either don’t work at all or are constantly going offline due to this restriction. Had this information been provided in the item description I would have not purchased them. It’s a huge headache. Please upgrade your product to being able to use both 2.4G aAND 5G. I also don’t like that sometimes the fingerprint option works and sometimes it doesn’t or that the number of additional people a device can be shared to is limited. Or that it constantly shows error messages when trying to add or change a password.
