I've never used an app as bad as this one
App never works properly, it's glitching all the time. Not being able to provide all the necessary information about my insurance (benefits, deductions, contacting virtual assistance, etc.) nothing works. Horrible
Garbage
This app is garbage and kicks you out with an error message stating unexpected error occurred. I even tried deleting and redos loading the latest version of the app and every time it crashes and closes.
Needs work.
App kicks you off changing from screen to screen. Kicks you off after about 10 seconds.
