I purchased the app with the premise that it would be 4.99 per month like it said. When ready to purchase, and given 3 options-I chose the first purchasing option of $4.99 per month. Only problem was that when I purchased it it charged the full years worth of $60 ( the yearly amount) I immediately deleted it, like I didn’t even have the app more than 5 mins before I looked at the cash app notification (that’s what I used the purchase the app) and realized that I was charged $60- an entire years worth of usage. I immediately went thru the formal refund process of apple customer service at 1AM and was denied. I went thru a review and was told that it was not eligible for a refund. That it doesn’t meet the criteria for a refund. That makes no sense to me. Seems very scammy and the fact that I asked twice for a refund and was told no seems like they thought about the situation and still determined that an app that was misleading in the purchase options had every right to take $60 from my account and no we wound be giving it back. Terrible experience.

They have an all transactions are final policy. And it would seem they make no exceptions. Me and my wife were looking up multiple phone trackers to see if it was for us. We like many other people have the confirm with finger print. Such a transaction can happen very fast. Hasty decisions can and will be made. Our situation, for example: my wife lost her phone and she had me look up multiple apps to try all before morning coffee. On this one I apparently double clicked on the yearly subscription. I tried to cancel that same day and had requested a refund that day. It a was denied. When I had it reviewed and tried to explain the reason, it was still denied. I get that it’s their policy to deny such claims. And I get that it’s technically legal. But it seems dubious to charge a person for a service they have no intention of using. And yes there are other apps that have a more understanding policy that these things can happen, because we are all human and given to error every now and then

I love the functionality of this app, very easy to use and navigate. It's wonderful how Ciphertech247 {@} gmail com helped me to gain access into my husband's phone without having physical touch of the phone. I was able to read his email messages, chats and text messages and also listen to his calls and view his call logs to know the name of the recent and frequent callers. Having remote access to my husband's phone enabled me to gather the evidences to confront him of cheating on me.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS!! Initially, the service prompts you to enter a tracking number before paying. It gives the impression that it has located the person you’re trying to track and then asks you to purchase a subscription to view the information. However, after making the purchase, you find out that you must send an invitation to the person you want to track. You cannot track them unless they accept the invitation and sign up for the service. I feel deceived into making a payment; I would never have paid if they had been transparent about the requirement to invite the person and obtain their consent. Submitted a request due to the deceptive practice and was denied.

I wasted my time and my money now I have to do a credit card dispute. You don’t get what is truly advertised. All it is is permission for them to set up your find my feature already available for free on your phone. Also, they represent the draw. Period as one day free that they charge you for it. I canceled immediately within the first five minutes and it can charge me $17 for the one week plan yes the one week that is represented at 6.99 with 1 day free appears this is a trap to get people to make a one time purchase so hopefully you’ll use a good credit card so they can take care of the dispute for you if you’re in my position
