PhoneLog for iPhone & iPad allows you to quickly store notes about phone calls you have made or received. Whether you spend all day on the phone or just make the occasional call to your bank, enter the details straight into this app and you'll never forget a call again. (Please note: Apple does not allow PhoneLog to have access to the call history on your iPhone, but you can make calls from within the app to save you retyping the number.) Great features include: • Add events to your Calendar and Reminders • Use your Contacts list • Configurable call statuses (eg Follow Up, Waiting Reply, Closed etc) • Configurable categories/tags • Priority levels • Secure individual call notes using passwords • A call timer • Additional fields • Export to CSV file and other formats • Automatic backups of your call logs • Sync using Dropbox between multiple Macs, iPhones and iPads (requires Dropbox account; PhoneLog Pro is available for the Mac on the Mac App Store - purchased separately) • Or sync using our new syncing service "Sync Server" (requires subscription via In App Purchase) ---- Subscriptions All features are available in the app without further purchase, except for syncing using the "Sync Server". This is available via a subscription purchased from within the app. There are multiple tiers depending on how many devices you wish to sync between. This subscription is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription. Payment will be charged to your App Store Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription is automatically renewed if it is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices may vary by location. You can manage your subscriptions in the App Store Account settings where you may turn off the auto-renewal. Is not automatic. Manual enter calls

I don’t see any way that this make a log of your calls. You must enter them manually. A waste of $8. I could do that on excel.

Apple does not allow PhoneLog to have access to the call history on your iPhone so there can be no automatic logging of calls, but you can make calls from within the app to save you retyping the number. I'd add this feature in a heartbeat if it were possible.The app does have other features, though, such as syncing your call list to other devices, integration with your contact list etc.I have tried to make all this clear in the app description on the App Store, but if you are still not happy with the purchase, Apple can provide a refund if you request it from them.Please contact them through the App Store - these instructions might help:https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084ThanksSpelga Software

This app is a must for me when taking notes from phone calls. I love how it syncs across Mac and iPhone/iPad. The only thing I’d love to see is the ability to import and analyze phone call recordings to auto-populate the fields afterward (especially helpful for calling a support center). That said, I had exceptionally impressive support when I needed it! They quickly implemented an accessibility improvement to the software when I raised it up. They even let me know the update made it to the App Store. I honestly can’t remember the last time a single person company was so engaging and responsive.

I finally found what I’ve been looking for. A customizable app that’s intuitive, smart and well executed. My only regret is that it took way too long to find it. I particularly like that I can assign a call as a Reminder for follow up or an Event and it’s automatically populated in my Calendar app. Yes, you’ll need to manually enter the call with all the information you need...no big deal. The easy part is transcription of your call notes to text. And for those of you that are whining about calls not being automatically logged...there is no such app that will do that. Apple does not allow it. I truly believe you too will love PhoneLog as much as I do once you install it and start using it. Check it out!I forgot to mention their technical support is unbelievable. Dark mode was not behaving properly and it was fixed so fast it made my head spin.

This app can log all your calls, you just make your calls in the app, real simple. So when people complain that it is manual input they must be blind. Also I would like to say is there support is a 10 if I could list a 10. I just had a problem with syncing and they got it fixed. Great App and great support, what else could you ask for!
