This version of PhoneLynk contains a new 'Quick Reply' feature. This feature allows users to create commonly used pre-canned replies to use when sending Text Messages. To access quick replies there is a new button on the text message screen next to the camera button. You can also create and edit quick replies through Settings -> Preferences.

Major New Feature: Collaboration This version introduces a major new feature called Collaboration. Collaboration allows users to share access to phone numbers. Users may share a number with multiple other users (collaborators), specifying what permissions each collaborator receives. Options are: Dual Ring – Incoming call rings multiple phones and the first to answer gets the call. View Calls – The ability for a collaborator to view call history and call journal notes. Make Calls – Allows a collaborator to place calls on the owner’s number. View Text Messages – Allow a collaborator to see texts made on a particular number. Send Text Messages – Allows collaborator to send text messages on behalf of the owner. This feature is excellent for small businesses and teams such as sales or support teams.
