PhoneSIM: 5G Data Travel eSIM 17+

I purchased a data plan from this company while traveling in Turkey, and it’s been a complete waste of money. The service doesn’t work at all, and I spent $40 on something I can’t even use. If I had read the reviews beforehand, I could have saved myself the trouble and the money. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no customer support to help resolve the issue. This company shouldn’t be allowed to keep operating if they’re just taking people’s money without delivering what they promise.

Dear customer, I know you are frustrated when you buy our service and can not activate it ,and leave the bad review here , but later you contacted our customer service ,and we replied immediately. And you got a refund from us. Then you activated our service successfully and used it for 7 days..So you paid nothing ,and used our $40 dollars service. Would you please come back to pay for the service and update your review ?

I went on a business trip to another country for a month. With a skeptical attitude, I first bought a three-days plan. After installing it, there was no internet connection, but after following the customer service's instructions, everything worked fine. Only then did I feel confident enough to make a second purchase.

Bought this for a trip to Turkey and spent hours trying to get it to work with no support. In the end I bought an e-sim from another company that had support and was able to get everything working. Total waste of $80 spending money on this ESIM. Go with any other company… don’t waste your time with this.. literally caused me hours of stress trying to figure things out.
