Description

Photo Police allows a deeper look at the photos and see usually invisible things. Photo Police shows low-bit pixel data. Usually low-bit pixel data is noisy, but it contains visual information about the photo montage or photo correction by image editor software.

PhotoPolice allows you to check any jpeg file. These can be photos of your friends from social networks or dating sites and any photos at all.

The application can detect the following changes:
-Blurring of wrinkles and acne removing;
-Deleted or modified objects in the photo;
-Hidden image in photo.
Any other intervention in low-bit pixel data of images.

ATTENTION: The application does not guarantee that the observed changes are the cause of Photoshop or any other human intervention. They may be associated with features of the camera and image processing software.

The application works only with files in jpeg format

Basically Useless

This App was unable to detect any alteration in 4 of the 5 images with which I tested it. On the plus side, I clearly showed where a pimple had been removed from a photo. Unfortunately, Photo Police was completely unable to detect where I had removed a car from several other photos.

If you want to make sure that your friends aren't removing pimples from their photos, this is an acceptable App. If, however, you need to check the validity of a photo, Photo Police appears basically useless.

To good to be true?

Very good for dectecting small things in "big" areas for example a pimple on a face or a bug on a flower; but for example I eddited out two children playing on beach and it faild to notice but spolch of the space they where in. The program also did a very good job on HIGHLY editied photos, I changed contrast, tone and color, of a moon shoot at night even brushed out a building, tree and power line and i could clearly see using this program the tree building and line ( though no hint of tone contrast or color change).
-All in all for a FREE app that works 4/5 times its very useful for exposing edited photographs.

I <3 COOL APPS ,

Does not read PNG files, only JPG ones

Not useful at all, since it doesn't even open a png file. Waste of time.
