Photo Recovery: Deleted&Phone 17+

Really does help clean library

I do a lot of iPhone photography and this app really helps to remove duplicates that aren't sharp (also video). Additionally, it declutters my phone from all those random screenshots by sorting them all in one bundle so you don’t have to search for them throughout your pictures and can pick and choose which to keep or remove. Make no mistake, you have full control in deciding what stays or goes to trash, but this app moves the process along at a faster pace by assisting and sorting everything for you. Photo cleanup is something I would imagine some might procrastinate on doing until your phone’s storage is full, but now it’s a quick and easy job! No more procrastinating!

Probably wouldn’t recommend

I was charged the following day for a yearly subscription of $60 after signing up for a free 3 day trial, then immediately ending my trial and canceling the pending subscription in settings once finding out the app wasn’t what I needed. I downloaded this app because of the vague claim that it could recover deleted photos. While apparently true in a sense, the app seems unable to recover photos that have been permanently deleted from my iPhone. I’m guessing it can only recover files that were recently deleted and are still able to be recovered by normal means. I have requested a refund with the apple store and pending my funds being transferred back to me, I will change my rating to 3 stars. I’d recommend explaining the photo/file recovery feature in more detail, and change your UI and or billing system to not charge people who decide that this app isn’t right for them. If by chance the app is coded this way on purpose hoping someone might be careless enough not to notice the charge, then shame on you, that would make you scammers.

We understood that you didn't like the app or features but it doesn't make us "scam" since there are thousand of active users who are using it without a hesitation. We believe that there are some misunderstandings. We do have the 3 day free trial with a yearly plan which you can try all features free for 3 days. After the free trial period, Apple charges you the billing amount. It is impossible to get charged before or inside the free trial period. All the payment process is handled by Apple. It is technically impossible for us to intervene. Don't be mislead by users who doesn't have information about Apple's auto-subscription process. If you selected any other plan that doesn't include the free trial such as the monthly plan; then you can access to premium features for a month without the free trial which is explicitly shown on the app. If you purchased an in-app purchase to activate some premium features and if you want to refund, then you can refund immediately. Refunded amount will be back to you soon. You can cancel your subscription to Photo Finder like any other App Store subscription: Go to Settings on your iPhone. Find View Apple ID in the iTunes & AppStores > your Apple ID name page. Then, tap Subscriptions > Photo Finder. Click on the Cancel Subscription button which is located at the bottom of the screen. NOW I’M GONNA EXPOSE YOU EVEN MORE TO EVERYONE! IF I AM LYING ABOUT YOU BEING A SCAMMING THIEF THEN EXPLAIN TO EVERYONE WHY ARE 72 OUT OF 77 ONE STAR REVIEWS SAYING THE EXACT SAME THING AS I HAVE? THE SAME WORDS ARE USED TO DESCRIBE YOU AS A SCAMMER and/or THIEF? ARE YOU GOING TO CLAIM THEY TOO ARE LIARS LOOKING FOR A FREE APP? This is a junk app. The only restores your recycle bin do not use this and then on top of that after three days they charge you 60 bucks total scammers I will slam this company to anybody that will listen. Do not recommend these people are thieves they will steal your money.

We don't know what your problem is but you need to stop lying. You can turn us anywhere that will help us report you too. You cannot manipulate anyone when you don't want to pay for a service or you know there is a way to get it free. We are nor thieves nor scammers, we cannot explain something that we don't do. We do have email address and you can contact us from either "support@thepbstudios.co" or "contact@thepbstudios.co". Every email is answered in 2 hours, so please do not mislead anyone. We don't have the ability to charge anyone, somehow you believe that we charge you and somebody else refunds you. Thats not how the Apple App Store works, this is the most trustworthy marketplace in the world. After you subscribe to a subscription, you will be charged according to terms but other than it is impossible to get charged. You, yourself select the option to be charged. No one else other than you can do this, no one on the Apple App Store can charge you. We are writing you this so that you can understand how the marketplace works and stop insulting and blackening people for no sense. We are working very hard to give the best user experience to our 2 million + users, you don't have any right to say whatever you believe.
