I purchased once Premium with unlimited imports included. I still can see this on my old phone. Now after activating the app on a new phone and restoring my purchase it tells me that I have only 50 imports available (although the restore purchases feature worked just fine). This downgrade is irritating because no reason given. I admit the app itself works more or less as it should. Wi-Fi transfer was not working between 2 phones though. Therefore 4 stars only. I hope the app will work many more years because the idea behind saving valuable photos and vids to a private vault in your phone is to keep very important data digitally. Some other similar apps just disappeared from the Appstore leaving you behind with encrypted data and: no access anymore to the stored files. I can recommend Privoto but would like to solve the issue with the import limitations and see a fix for the Wi-Fi transfer glitch. Any developer is reading this?.[update]I will now downgrade to 3 stars because of the intentional mislead with this non-unlimited feature. The proof is the multiple criticisms by other reviewers stating the same issue. Mislead because in my original purchase on the old phone the unlimited imports are still available leading to the assumption that by design it was activated and not falsely communicated to the 3rd party provider AppAdvice who promoted the free lifetime subscription as part of their Free-App-of-the-Day package

Looks like you guys made a new feature in the last update called “imports” where you only have a limited number of imports. And this feature also applies to premium accounts. I will be requesting a refund because this is not what i bought, when I got the premium I was told I would have unlimited imports. I know this isnt a bug, because you changed the description of premium to add “Has 25% discount when purchasing imports” this is the most laughable statement for a photo vault application, and a horrible business decision. Do you know how many photo vaults have completely free unlimited imports? I used to be very hopeful and support-ful of this app, I told all my friends who needed a photo vault about it and that its premium service was simple and provided great features like unlimited imports and deleting photos from your camera roll automatically, I am incredibly disappointed. 5 stars to 1 after only a few months.

Avoid this app like the plague… I strongly urge you to steer clear of this app! As a premium account holder, I was extremely disappointed when the developers suddenly decided to limit imports for premium users and started charging for importing pictures and videos. Before making a decision, I recommend reading the numerous one-star reviews to truly grasp why this app is not worth your time or money. Sooo not has greed run amok with this developer (but) a lifetime premium account is neither premium or LIFETIME (just) a Bait & SWITCH + just a very unethical company with very questionable privacy concerns when reading their privacy policy and working with 3rd partners making it a huge privacy concern.In re-cap just another greedy app developer who cares little about the App created and lifetime premium subscription (which is actually maybe a 30 day premium subscription 🙈😢🤮

There is a limit of 50 imports after purchasing the premium IAP. If you want more imports you have to buy them perpetually in blocks… $4 - 30 pics, $8 - 100 pics. **no videos!!**. For this type of any app, the cost is worse than a subscription unless you get the premium IAP for free and will only use it for a small number of pics. Even then, the UX is poor.

This app used to work fine.. However, it wasn’t enough for the developers to charge “premium” version. Now all of the sudden, we have to be charged extra for more file imports! Because being “premium” user isn’t good enough! No previous warnings or consideration for current Premium users. Disappointing:(
