NOTE ON "MISSING" PHOTOS
Over USB, PhotoPiper — like Apple's Image Capture and every other USB tool — only sees the photos physically stored on your iPhone. If a scan finds fewer than expected, "Optimize iPhone Storage" is probably on and your originals are in iCloud. Use the "Load from iCloud" source to fetch them via your Mac, or first switch your iPhone to Settings → Photos → "Download and Keep Originals."

Fixes an issue where Transfer could stop right after starting on a newly installed copy of PhotoPiper. Reset History is now always available after a failed transfer, and very large libraries (tens of thousands of photos) no longer stall.
