This app has been unusable during almost the entire 4 mos I have been working with my chiro. It worked initially and proved valuable for the videos of the exercises, but the calendar does not advance and it never “unchecks” done exercises, so there is no history. After the latest update, I deleted the app and my chiro sent me a new link, which worked flawlessly to guide me to the App Store to download the app, but then all the old data was still there; no update to the exercises, no ability to advance the calendar; all exercises still showing checked. Nothing has changed. Clearly, their ability to write and execute test scenarios or do regression testing is amateurish at best.

I love that there are videos of each exercise. I just wish there was a way I could check off each exercise I complete each day. It gives you notifications that you need to complete x number of exercises. But you have to click on each one, and it doesn’t show which one is completed. So for example, if I had 16 exercises and it’s showing I have 1 that wasn’t completed and I couldn’t remember which one, there is no way to tell which one I missed. Seems like a fairly easy fix to make a good app an awesome app.

I’ll just list the most important one: on iOS it logs you out EVERY TIME you leave the app. This makes it totally unusable. Apparently this has been a known issue for months. The fact that something this major and basic still hasn’t been fixed is ridiculous.

Hello, the issue with patients being logged out was fixed months ago for almost every user. Unfortunately there are some patients still affected. We are serving hundreds of thousands of patients and fixing a complicated issue on every hardware configuration can take some time. We approach each of those cases individually, so please send us an email at support@physiapp.com and we'll check what happens with your app.

This update brings major performance improvements to make the app faster and more responsive. We've also added a beep sound that plays after each completed rep in the timer to give you clearer feedback during your workouts.
