What’s the perfect amount of weight to lift each workout so you can rapidly build muscle and increase strength without under-training or overtraining? You can answer all of these and more by using The Science of Sculpture app.

- All of your data will be graphed and organized into weekly, monthly, and yearly categories.

Great app!

The app is a must have if you record your workouts. I log my reps, sets, and rest intervals and can see my data the last time I trained which makes progressive overload so much easier. I am training more strategically and my strength is increasing. I can also store pics and body measurements to see my body change alongside my performance increasing. Much easier than using a manual log. Would highly recommend this app to all lifters who log workouts and want to get better every day.

Great log and more

There are lots of apps that can log your workouts but this is the only one I’ve found that will build you an almost custom workout based on several of your goals. It also has very helpful videos attached to each exercise
So you can see how to perform it correctly. Also has a lot of ways to track historical performance and body metrics/pics to review later. Bottom line … so much more than a replacement to your paper log

Easily the best training app available

Over the past 10 years I’ve used just about every training app there is.

None of them come close to this one in terms of programs available, ease of use, tracking progress, and making exercise swaps when needed.
