Best APY Not The Best App

At a great 5.5% APY for a no fee liquid savings account, Pibank currently has the highest in the country. Unfortunately, the app is not at the same level. My one suggestion is do not use any of the app transfer options. Simply take the routing and your Pibank account number and add it to your external bank as an ACH transfer account and initiate any transfers, in or out of Pibank, from your external bank. Everything works much more simply and efficiently that way. Maybe Pibank will improve their app at some point in the future, but it's not there yet.

POOR WEBSITE SERVICE AND POOR APP SERVICES.


I inputted all my very private and personal information, to be rejected.


The reason, most likely, was my application plus my joint account holders was rejected was due to the websites’ poor quality. when it asked me to take a picture with true verify, the camera option was very fuzzy, hazy and extremely zoomed in and it was very hard to take a picture they wanted.


I applied using the latest IOS device. I used safari to create an application.


after I inputted very important details and would hit submit to go to the next page, the webpage would crash and load and load and load.


So, I would have to log out and resume. Since my application was started it prompted me to use the PIBANK APP and the same happened.


Eventually, I stopped for the day because I was spending hours trying and thought I would resume later.


I tried to resume on app and my information wouldn’t pop up, as if I had never applied.


I called customer service to ask why and they say my application was rejected, but I was given no notice, no email.


Plus they told me it is just PiBank policy to not give a reason and can reject and not be able to create an application again.


Hey told me I may be able to try after a month again, but there is no guarantee I will be able to. They do not know if I would stay on the rejected list temporarily or permanently.

Scam Bank

I wish I had checked the App ratings before opening a savings account with Pibank. I opened it yesterday and was having trouble with transferring money into my account because the app would shut down every time I tried to complete a transaction. I tried contacting both customer support numbers during their hours and was left with a recorded message saying that they couldn’t help me. I tried emailing and couldn’t get in contact with anyone. The bank has no live chat feature or website to complete transfers on, only the app, which doesn’t work. I’m incredibly stressed because I’ve given this bank all my information and now all I want to do is delete my account and I can’t get ahold of anyone to help me and the app won’t process my request to delete my account. Honestly save your time and don’t share your personal info with this scam of a company.
