Well I can finally login but I would like to get app notifications without having the email notifications on. I have those off for a reason! I don’t want them clogging up my email for no reason. I don’t check my email like that to see if someone is streaming cause guess what...that’s what the app is for.
Just allow in app notifications without having to have email notifications on! No need in my having the app if that’s the case I’ll never see when anyone is on anyway.
But you’re doing better! Keep listening to your users!
But just give me my app notifications without having the email one automatically turned on when no one touched it. Even went on the site itself and turned it off and tried different combinations but if the email notifications are off the in app notifications are off...stupid system being honest.

Please fix these issues. I'll break them down one-by-one;

1. Picture-in-Picture doesn't always work, often automatically pausing when I switch to another task.

2. The app frequently logs me out between uses.

3. My own friends' usernames never show up in search results, and I can only find them in the app by clicking on notifications from them.

4. Links to my friends' streams never open the app itself, instead opening in my phone's default browser.

5. Notifications don't always work, and sometimes not even turning on.

6. Basic features within the app use a lot more screenspace than they should on older devices, such as the first generation iPhone SE.

7. Whenever I start watching a stream with mature content, even though my preferences are set to show that sort of stuff, it still gives me the warning that the stream might not match my content preferences.

8. I'm not able to search multiple communities at once unless I use "All", and channels apparently aren't able to assign themselves multiple tags.

TLDR:
If you’re ok with seeing porn art, use the website and not the app. If you aren’t okay with seeing porn art, avoid this service.

As many others have noted, the app has TONS of porn, and while there is a setting to hide NSFW content, it relies on the streamer/artist following the rules and marking the content properly. I know for a fact that some artists will actively mark their stream as SFW in the settings so that it is more visible.

Some of these artists at least have the courtesy to put the letters “NSFW” in the title of the stream, even though they marked it as SFW in the settings. Though this method of marking it makes it impossible to filter them out, and a preview of the stream will show up on your screen when browsing, whether you like it or not. There doesn’t seem to be any system in place to flag these streams as being NSFW.

If you’re okay with seeing porn, then it’s actually a great service, but on top of the content issues, the app itself is very slow, and you’re lucky if it responds at all half the time. Best to use the web browser, which I believe is fully functional on mobile.

I just wish this service was more reliable with blocking NSFW content, because I LOVE the idea of an artist centric streaming platform.
