Def worth downloading even if u do not sign up for the VIP. There is plenty to choose from to create awesome personalized photos, cards, etc. I had joined their VIP n I loved it. I love how u can create birthday cards to send digitally and calendars, thank you cards n so much more personalized with a photo(s) or just even txt. I used it often & tho this apps VIP payment is reasonable and low cost, with all the others I had signed up for it was well over $150 a month n that’s just crazy. So I canceled them all to c which I genuinely used enough to warrant spending $ on them and if I even needed to. So now not being VIP I most times feel I am still able to create some really cute pics/cards/etc n I am grateful that there r some pretty great options for the templates for all the holidays n cards etc. tho borders and stickers. . . I remember way bck when this app had loads of free download options for stickers, borders etc. so if there were say 10 holiday border options for Halloween, there’d always be at least 1 or 2 FREE ones for u. Not anymore. U have to pay $1.99-$2.99 for one lil set of borders or stickers n it just is a waste IMO since I will use it once n most likely not again so... nah. I still was able to create a super adorable picture of my little guy n u usually can without being VIP. I just wish there were more free options for us to use in regards to stickers n borders etc.

So over all I think this app is great but their are some things that I hate about this app. I love how there are so many different themes of the sets of stickers. From women's history month to Easter to pride to cats anything really. But for the stickers well almost all of them cost money or vip ✨✨and if you like buying stuff for apps and games than that’s good. It will get you amazing stuff. But if you don’t (like me) than it is so annoying to only get some of the stuff. And it goes for the background and other add one. Something I like about it is you can be creative with the stuff.🎨🖌 Such as the finger touch where you can draw amazing stuff just with your finger and you can look up any photos and images. 📷I love that you can put your own photos in. There are also amazing temples like birthday cards organizing cards and stuff like family photos witch is great. I personally love the fact you can send them. I send them too my friends and put stickers that remind me of them and add photos of them to mix it up. I also put a lot of photos and save the pictures and I make it my wall paper of my phone.I love that there are NO ADDS like YAY! 🎉If this all sounds nice and fun I think you should get this app but if not that’s okay too. Also there are many other apps that work too for this. But if this sounds bad,boring, overrated or just not what you want this is not for you! I hope this review helped and I hope you love this app!

PicCollage allows creativity to blossoms with the easy ness to use and beautiful designed templates; it is a friendly app in the newer generation editing photo category; Awesome thanks to the developers and their sponsors; Looking forward to more upgrades in the future to keep the app function appropriately; If simply ( one with shades of different intensity ) color coordinating schemes can be created for font colors, for example, would be nice; I like the month to month special events themed backgrounds ( like birthdays or Mother’s Day for examples ); the doodles style is definitely unique as there is definitely a market for doodling loving customers!!! The sparkling text background is nice as well; if there could be more sparkling options in future would be great! Thanks, blessings for a continued success in your future versions! My issue is when I use text on top of my picture or pictures and I spend a lot of time doing that well then all of a sudden all of them are hidden. So I go into the layer button and it has the text that I have written so I hit one of them touch one of them, and, it brings it back up so it is layered on top of my pictures. Well then I go to get the other one and it comes up and layers on top of my picture with the other one leaves so it’s a constant circle. Of course it happens after I’ve spent hours working on the picture making it, perfect for other people that I’ve asked me to do it. I edit the pictures like a whole lot and then I put that text on top of it and imagine how frustrating it is to lose it and then having to start all over so maybe it’s user error which is very well could be or it’s something that I need to do, something that the app has a fly so not only did I want to tell you the issue but only am I frustrated and wanted to let you know that’s why you only got four stars and I wanted to let you know because if I didn’t report it then maybe you wouldn’t know if that was an issue with anyone so I appreciate you listening and I love the app so I will continue to use it but I will make sure that I’m not using a whole lot of text. For almost three years now, Pic Collage has been my favorite photo enhancing app until today. I used to be able to search the backgrounds via the magnifying glass icon, and be able to access anything I’d need to coincide with what I’m selling so it would match the item. Now I type in something to the effect of: ‘Brown textured backgrounds’ and I get pictures of places, people, or items. It doesn’t matter what I type in, it still has similar choices. I don’t know what you did to that feature, but it’s awful now. Please change it back the way it used to be so I can easily access nice background wallpaper for my items for sale. That’s the only reason I’m rating this app three stars now, otherwise it would be five stars again. P.S. Just noticed that ALL of your background categories are also the same as I mentioned above. What happened to my favorite app?!?!?! Your backgrounds are what kept me so enthralled and now it’s AWFUL!! Please change the web background choices back. For example: when I click on Polka Dots, I get pictures of places and things. Not a polka dot choice at all!! It’s aggravating.

Well I know just the right up for you so here's how it all started I've always wanted an app that I can post pictures on and have cool backgrounds that have stickers and wallpaper and frames. All of those things are amazing ❤️ piccolo to do all of that stuff for you and guess what it's free so here's how it started I was looking for an app that can do all of those things but all of the apps that can do all of those things cost money or they don't work or they load forever or there's too many links that show up on the page that cover up what you're looking at the list goes on and on forever so I was about to give up but then my friends told me to try one last app ☝️ so I said ok 👌 and guess what I tried it and it was awesome it had all of the cool gizmos that I listed above so I told my friends thanks and I still have it to this day so that's why I am writing a report about it but your probably wondering why I only gave pic collage 4 ⭐️ instead of 5 ⭐️ because I just wrote about how amazing it is, well here's why I don't like that you have to pay money 💰 online for just the STICKERS!!! I mean some of the stickers are 0.99 cents or 1.99 $ please change this

I’m not sure what can be done as far as tech support for this app, but I just wanted to see if anything can be done about the issues I have been having since the last update. I have no problem paying for an app that I use ALL THE TIME, but for the last week or two it’s been almost impossible to use it for more than a few minutes because it’s soooo slow. It gets even slower the longer I am using it which is frustrating since I have the latest iPad Pro and software. It will take forever to save something I am working on and I have to save very often because the app crashes randomly all the time and I am tired of losing my progress. Also, when I search for web pics it resets every time I choose a picture so I have to retype what I’m searching for each time. I don’t want to uninstall and then reinstall because I have done that in the past and each time all of my saved collages I would work from are not there anymore. I am at a loss 😩😩 This is the ONLY app I have found that lets me do the things I do with cutting and pasting stuff together easily, so I really hope something can be done or a new update will be out soon to fix the issues I have been dealing with. I can’t see myself continuing to pay for the premium version if it stays this way much longer. HELP!!!!!😢😢😢😢😢

I use this to make quick collages for my online sales and when people want to reserve things I can jump in this app and update it in 60 seconds with a professional looking banner across everything with the name and hold info. The initial collage is easy and quick and it’s actually fun to play around with all the edits until I get my collage looking sharp! I’m updating my initial review because I have recently discovered there are so many more things you can do with this app. I was doing a funny project for my husband from the kid’s and me, and I figured out how to layer pictures so you can actually use the scissors to cut out heads from photos on your reel that you’ve uploaded and put the head on someone else’s body ( switch bodies with the kids, screen shots of animals, etc.). This app is really amazing and I’ve stuck with the free version & there are TONS of other functions…I could spend hours exploring all the different things…so much fun for personal projects, or so professional for business! I highly recommend the app…I can’t see why anyone would keep looking once you’ve found this app.

I’m a long time user of PicCollage and I love it! I have an account and have made some lovely friends, which has been incredible. I have a few problems though. There are ads that pop up when you post something, one of them is for a type of birth control. This isn’t an appropriate ad to be showing (it has been the only ad I’ve seen for months). The majority of the PC population is in middle school or high school, and that ad is geared towards people who are older than high school age. As someone in high school, I am uninterested in this ad, and it wastes my time and makes me uncomfortable. I relate to many other users with these feelings.Also, the most recent update (iPhone X compatible) has rendered the app itself virtually useless to me. I don’t know if I am alone in this, but I cannot view my notifications (likes, comments, remixes) or my profile, and I cannot post. When I try to see my notifications, I am directed to the website, and I cannot post or see my notifications there. This is a big problem for me because I’m very active in the PC community. I don’t know if others are affected (I’m assuming they are) but I hope this is fixed as soon as possible.

I will rave about PicCollage till the day I die, but it’s not without its flaws in its recent updates. Social media wise, PC is a great place to put out some fun collage art and make genuinely pretty good friends w/o the sketchiness, drama, or unkind formulas of Instagram. It’s a good social media platform for younger kids, too. I’ve been on it for several years and I have many fond memories and several pieces I’m proud of. It’s good for users who just want to use it for practical uses as well. It’s good for beginners and isn’t too complicated, although it’s not the easiest to work with on the iPhone. I use my iPad. CONS: Their recent update has made notification checking and just scrolling through in general very unfriendly. Esp on my iPad, it looks buggy and unorganized and it’s hard to just double tap something without it going weird on me. Definitely a con. Easier on the phone, but it still is frustrating. Idk why they changed it from before. Overall, a good free app. The membership isn’t worth it, though. I know plenty of great collagers who don’t need any of it. I’d recommend it to beginners and people who want an artsier social media platform.
