Picsew takes multiple screenshots from your photo library and stitches them into a single image—which is super-helpful if you’ve ever tried to screenshot a text thread, a recipe in a cooking app, or a news article. You can merge up to 300 photos (though if you do, it really might be time to clean out the ol’ photo library).

  • I use it literally every day

First of all: shame on Apple for not baking scrollshots into iOS. Second of all: even if they did, it wouldn’t be as good as Picsew. As an app developer, one of the single-most useful features is the ability to clean a screenshot automatically and render it in a real hardware mockup. It’s professional grade. I’d been using Photoshop. Picsew is by far the most useful app on my iPhone. Aside from music and brainrot apps, this is the one I open more than all the rest. Six stars.

  • One of my most used apps

I use this all the time to capture scrolling screenshots of content that is too long to fit the screen. I also use it stitch multiple pics (not just screenshots) together. It’s easy to use and gets things done quickly. It’s cheap too. The people complaining about the free version could solve their problem and move on in less time than it takes to post a comment.

  • Scrolling screenshots!

I wish I discovered this app ages ago. How often does content not fit into a single screenshot? From fantasy football lineups to chunks of a long text message and everything in between this app makes it easy to convert a screen recording of scrolling content into a seamless image. It's a game changer, especially in the age of AI where pasting context into a ChatGPT or Claude conversation is so useful. Well done!

Somehow this has become one of my most used apps. The interface for setting up scroll shots is really clever, and the flexibility for clipping together multiple shots is really valuable. Want to send a screenshot of a text conversation but cut out a couple of off topic remarks? This is perfect for that too. I even used it to make a version of my bus schedule with only the busses relevant to me left.

  • Reliable, customizable, and a true pleasure to use

I’ve used other screenshot tools and found them buggy and the UI cumbersome. Picsew is a bar raising experience. It allows you to adjust scroll shots crop images and a lot of other features. I’ve yet to test out but it does what I need every time I would recommend it for anybody that needs to capture long scroll site captures.

  • Great utility app!

This is one of the most useful apps on my phone. I literally use it everyday to stitch screenshots from both my phone and Apple Watch for both work and personal usages. I’ve recommended the app to all my friends, and I continue to get impressed by the rich feature sets available from the app. Definitely one of the most useful apps I’ve ever paid for. Thank you!!

  • Helpful tool with many uses

I’ve been using the app for a few years and it’s the first tool I consider when I need to stitch photos or screen shots. The ability to save in PDF (and to iCloud ) is a bonus on top. I don’t annotate often but the ability exists. The live screen shot function is a brilliant idea that I use particularly often since Safari can’t decide whether it will allow a full page capture.

  • Excellent

This is the model of what other apps ought to look like. It’s not something I use all the time, but extremely helpful when I need it. It’s got all sorts of features for heavier workflows, but the basic functionality is straightforward and easy. Pro isn’t even necessary, but it’s a $2 lifetime purchase, I bought it purely to support the developer. It’s a shame you can’t say this about many utility apps these days, but Picsew *just works.*

  • Has worked flawlessly 99% of the time.

Very happy with Picsew and have recommended it to numerous friends. The only thing that is a bit unstable is sometimes when I save it, it doesn’t delete the disconnected screenshots that I built the bigger screenshot from. But that’s pretty rare. Maybe it was an old bug that they fixed.

  • Best screenshot app on iOS

    DiabloIII

I’ve been using this app for the past three months now and I can confidently say this is the best screenshot app on iOS. You can either take a long screenshot by stitching them together or much simpler you can take a video and it will save as a picture and PDF with all the things automatically stitched together.
