Picview is an image viewer with a nice minimal modern user interface. it is for photographers, artists, designers seeking a solution to visualize images in Windows style.
Picview works great with JPEG, HEIC, PSD, RAW, WEBP, PNG, GIF, and many other formats. Provides basic image processing, including flip and rotate, EXIF, and other information. Supports keyboard shortcuts and trackpad gestures. The most important, Picview like Windows' default picture viewer — Photos, where zoom in and out with the mouse wheel and switch between images with arrow keys and/or with on-screen buttons.

Double-click to open and view instantly. Rich gesture support.
1. Keyboard: Arrow keys to flip, up/down to zoom, ESC to close. Custom shortcuts supported.

Ratings and Reviews
Almost perfect - One more thing to improve
All good as expected, especially for a freemium product. Has many excellent aspects. I really like the feature of displaying all images under **ALL SUB-FOLDERS**.
I only hope to the App would have tighter Finder integration, in terms of:
- Be able to display images even after files or the file structure are changed in a sub-folder at the Finder app
- Be able to rename the file in the App without the need to go out to Finder or FInder/Get Info (File property) for file name change.
With the improvement, the App will be able to be better integrated with a common image processing work flow.

Million times better than the original app
Apple can’t even create a normal photo viewer so I can zoom picture just with MOUSE WHEEL, it’s crazy, it feels so dumb after windows. This developer deserves more money than any of apple apps developer
CONSTANT internet requests for no reason
I filter my internet connection, so that apps like this with no reason to contact the internet are not allowed.
This program (apparently limited to 12 uses per day unless you've paid) will attempt to "phone home" around every 20-30 minutes for some unknown reason, and when it can't, it bounces the icon in the dock to demand attention AND throws an error that must be clicked away.
It's an image viewer. You don't need my usage metrics that you didn't ask me for. You also didn't ask me for permission to send data - or tell me why. No network for you! It is a poor choice for a developer to try surrepetitiously monitoring the user's activities. DO NOT USE.
Even though I liked some of the features, this program is being removed after one day b/c of this developer's antics.
