Piedmont Now 4+

I’m blown away by the staff and service. My name is Kenny Laguerre. This visit was not plan but required because of work and my appointment was at 3:30pm. I got there at 2:05pm and the minute I walk in the young lady took me inside and start taking care of me right being that I’m a new patient. The process went smoothly I was done before my actual appointment time. The person of contact was Dawana. I give two thumbs up and a foot. Very professional and friendly the whole frontline was extremely pleasant. Will make this location my primary care ctr.

The app is basically streamline. Anything on the Piedmont umbrella is in here and rest, assure your physicians to communicate with each other. Normally you would think this wasn’t an issue but I assure you it is, that’s what we get as consumers making assumptions. If you don’t believe me ask Tom Petty. I digress as for the app itself. It is a streamline as it can get. you have a chart with all your information from all your providers in one place you can schedule appointments order refills for medication‘s and communicate with providers office if necessary. The only reason it’s not a five star is because I had to make use of another app for that provider. I will say however she was very specialized had to an app for her other than that 5 star review great job guys. As a matter of fact. The reason I jump on this app was not just to confirm an appointment for tomorrow, but to find a new provider for yet another concern, we have but hey, I guess you gotta be tough to get old. Great job on the app.

The app is great however, having someone get back to you in a timely manner when you leave messages is not always the best. I find I have to at least send twice then after no response, I leave a voicemail. It can be very frustrating especially when you need medication quickly.
The other thing that is so frustrating as when you use the urgent care from Piedmont I always seem to have to wait a long time. My last visit I was there over two hours waiting with a 4 1/2 year-old. I understand Emergency’s but no one checked in with me to let me know there had been a problem, once I received care, the doctor did a good job
